Raspberry + Cacao Protein Jelly Bars

These little bars of goodness are pretty darn delicious as well as handy for snack attacks. Gelatin is naturally super high in protein which makes it a no brainer for protein bars. It is also great for healing leaky gut and supporting healthy glowing skin and super strong nails.

INGREDIENTS:
⚡100g grass fed gelatin
⚡200ml of coconut cream
⚡1 cup of frozen raspberries
⚡1/4 cup of maple syrup
⚡2 tablespoons of almond butter
⚡1 tspn of vanilla essence
⚡1 hand full of buckwheat
⚡1 hand full of hemp seers
⚡50g 90% dark chocolate
⚡1 pinch of salt

METHOD:
Heat the coconut cream, maple and frozen berries in a saucepan. Once hot add the gelatin bit by bit until dissolved, blending with a bar mix.
Add the protein almond butter, salt and vanilla and stir until there are no lumps.
Pour into silicon molds in whatever shape your heart desires (we opted for oblongs...but we also made mini cactus shapes too which were too delicious to make it to the photography stage
