Plant Based Mayo







    Am I the only one that fails immersions each and every time? Well this one hasn't failed yet! So simple and delicious.

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup avocado oil
    1/2 cup almond milk
    the juice of half a lemon
    1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
    1 tsp maple syrup

    METHOD:
    Blend all ingredients in either a food processor or blender. Chill for 24 hours and serve.
